Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Yanni, operated by llovos, collects and how it is used. The short version: your data is used to run the product for you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, used for sign-in (emailed one-time codes) and account notices.
• Business data you create — inventory items, photos, storage locations, events, sales records, expenses, and team membership.
• Usage analytics — aggregate page views and usage patterns via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics, used to improve the product.

What we don't collect

We never see or store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe. Showroom passcodes are stored hashed, not in plain text.

The Yanni browser extension

The Yanni browser extension fills a marketplace's own listing form with an item you have already entered in Yanni. It is optional, and nothing below applies unless you install it and connect it to your account.

• An access token, stored in your browser.Connecting the extension creates a token scoped to reading and writing your own items, and to recording sales a marketplace reports for listings Yanni posted there — it cannot read your sales or payment data, or record any other sale. It is kept in the extension's own storage on your computer, where the websites you visit cannot read it, so you stay connected until you revoke it. It is not synced to your other devices and is never sent anywhere except Yanni. You can revoke it at any time from Settings.
• Item data, in transit.When you fill a listing, the details and photos of that one item are read from Yanni and typed into the marketplace's form in your browser. That data goes only to the marketplace you are listing on, and only for the item you chose.
• The listing you posted, back to Yanni.After you publish a listing the extension filled, it reads that listing's id and link from the marketplace's confirmation page and saves them to the item in Yanni, so Yanni knows where the piece is listed. It reads nothing else from that page.
• Your sales on the marketplace, back to Yanni.When you open Depop's Sold page, the extension reads the same list of your sales that page shows you, using the sign-in Depop already keeps in that page. It sends Yanni only each sale's id, the listing ids, the amounts, the status and the date, so a piece that sold there is marked sold here. It never sends Yanni the buyer's name, username or address, and it never sends Yanni your Depop sign-in.
• Your Depop listings, kept in step with Yanni.When you open a page on Depop, at most every few minutes, the extension reads the list of listings in your own shop and sends Yanni each listing's id and status, so a piece you took down or marked sold on Depop is flagged for you in Yanni. It then asks Yanni which listings it posted need to come down — a piece that sold in Yanni, or that you took off Depop or deleted there — and marks those sold on Depop for you. It never touches a listing Yanni did not post, and never changes a price, description or photo.

The extension does not read your browsing history, your messages, or the content of the pages you browse; on Depop it reads only the listing form you open, the confirmation page that follows it, and your own sales and shop listings as described above. Apart from the marketplace sign-in described above, which stays in your browser, it reads no cookies. It never submits a listing for you — you review what was filled in and press the marketplace's own publish button yourself. Nothing collected through the extension is sold or transferred to anyone.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and photo storage) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Subscription billing runs through Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is only shared with the service providers above as needed to run the product, with members of your own business account according to their roles, and publicly only where you explicitly choose (for example, items you show in a public showroom).

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export your data from the app at any time, and you can request account and data deletion by emailing us — we will complete it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email or in the app.
